Data glitch for Draft contracts

Hi Team,

We have tested a scenario by amending an existing contract, which creates a draft version, and we have deleted the draft contract & verified the Backend tables, it is reflecting the duplicate data but not in UI.
The amend event was not recorded in the history tab of the contract.

How to mitigate the issue. Kindy advise.
