Access rights add by SYSTEM with the February Release

We've noticed a change in the access rights of members of the Movement dimension. Accesses were changed from Write to Read on 22/02, during the February release. These changes were made by SYSTEM

Is this related to one of the new features in the release? I couldn't find anything to that effect in the release note.
Have you noticed this too?
Is this something that can happen frequently?
