Use User Interface Text to change a text was changed by Page Composer

Hello,

We've used Page Composer to edit a text in our English version, however, the text was changed in the Arabic version too.

Now, we're trying to change the same text using "User Interface Text" but it doesn't show in the search at all. We've tried to search with the original arabic wordings and didn't show as well.

Tried to use the Page Composer again, but it doesn't allow me to change the text on the board. however. the text inside when i click on the icon was changed.

Please advise.
