Advise on Member formula for Average of an account

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have

Account 1 = "Number of people"

Account 2 = Average of Account 1

We have set Account 1, time balance property = "Balance"

Account 2, time balance property ="Average"

For Account 1, When we enter data in the individual months like Jan, Feb, Mar etc. we get Average of the data at Q1 ,Q2,Q3 and Q4 and Year total in Account2

But we add data at Year total, then Account1 = Account 2. for eg: Account 1 = 200, Account 2 = 200 as well.

How should we resolve this.
