Performance Issues for specific users

Summary:

Some users receive the same error message of timing out while trying to pull a report. However, I can pull the same report without any issues. I am trying to determine if this has anything to do with processing speeds on the user's end or is related to access setup. As stated, I do not encounter any of the issues with pulling reports. I do have access to view all. However, the users pulling the reports should be able to see the data they are pulling.
