Learning Records Inaccurate

Summary:

We are really struggling with discrepancies with learning item status between the learner, line manager, and learning specialist. The learner shows as being complete, but the line manager and learning specialist show the learner as being in progress. We also have some cases where the learner shows at complete in the learning specialist dashboard, but when we run the OTBI report they show as in progress. The data is a complete and total mess. We are working with Oracle support and have enabled some profile options, run a bunch of scheduled processes, and nothing seems to be working. We currently
