Support User in Active Status post Account life in days
I created a support user only for 10 days. After 10 days, I expect the user to become inactive. We carry out the cleanup activity of Support Users. So client is asking why is the Support User active after the mentioned account life in days?
For example:- Account Last login is 7/30/2024 12:39, which is still in Active : "True" status.
