DM: Item Lifecycle Phase in FBDI file isn't Null but it is missing in Plan Inputs

1. New measure with expression: "Lifecycle Phase ATTR"
   1. Tried both expressions ATTR(Item, Lifecycle Phase) and ATTR(Item, LIFE_CYCLE_PHASE)
2. EBS collection integration sql view that generates the items csv file was updated to pull the correct EBS table column.
3. EBS collections is run
   1. The EBS collections is bringing the "Item Lifecycle Phase" into the "Items.csv" file.
