View only roles for SCM and OPM

We need to provide our Functional Consultant with view and enquiry access for the SCM and OPM modules; specifically Manufacturing, Inventory, EAM, Procurement and for setup review and troubleshooting purposes. Kindly advise which roles can be assigned in alignment with the Segregation of Duties (SoD) policy avoiding the permission to entry, update to transactions and setup. Let us know your open recommendation as well.
