OCI Connector Executed Successfully but No Traffic Visible in VCN Logs

An OCI Function which used in the Connector is configured to export OCI logs external syslog server.

The connector log shows it operates successfully

"message": "Run succeeded - Read 5 messages from source and wrote 5 messages to target",

"messageType": "CONNECTOR_RUN_COMPLETED"

However there is no corresponding network traffic appears in the log of the VCN Subnet of which the function is located. And the Syslog server doesn't seem receive any outbound logs from OCI
