No value in Transaction Source field while creating program fees

Hi Team,

While setting up program fees the Seeded and other transaction source are not available in the drop down. I am facing the same issue while setting up Manage Academic Business Unit.

I have checked Set assigned to Source and Set assignment setup at Business Unit level both having same Set.

Any help here will be a great help
