Pricing Algorithm Apply Matrices is having different steps in two instances

Summary:

We are trying to create a Pricing Algorithm to fetch Pricing from Sales order line EFF. With this regards we need to update the Pricing Algorithm.

However the Apply Matrices steps are different from what we have found in the oracle document. attached screenshots for your reference.

Please let us know if we are missing any steps.
