Login to Visual Builder Application Directly

Summary:

We have a requirement where the users will be scanning their Id cards from a machine to login to the Application.

The users will not use the IDCS URL to login to the VB App. They should login to Visual Builder App directly on scanning theirr Id.

Is there any other way to login without using the IDCS .

Can anybody share some inputs on this.
