HCM EPBCS Metadata Extract Not Pulling All Employees

Hello,

We are using the OOTB HCM Extract to EPBCS. We are having an issue where active employees are not coming through our Metadata extract, but do come through our Assignment Data extract. I've tried looking into the OOTB extract definitions, but I'm not an HCM specialist so hitting roadblocks pretty quickly. Has anyone else encountered this/have a solution?

For what it's worth, our immediate issues this last loading cycles are employees that have the same first and last name… but I wouldn't think that's a problem since it should load based on Peron Number.
