Item flag for Inventory asset value is enabled

Sub-inventories are asset enabled and qty tracked.

Created Misc. Receipt of 100 for Item 1001(Lot controlled) in Org A. Ran the costing processes and Item cost got generated at lot level.

Created TO for same qty from Org A to Org B, picked and shipped, received in Org B.

Ran all the costing processes. In costing, Transfer Order Pick is showing costing status as error. Error is matching cost profile not found for cost org - cost book and item combination.
