Reports folder is missing for some users in SmartView in our Freeform applications. This issue persists only for few users and not for everyone.

Reports folder is missing for some users in SmartView in our Freeform applications. This issue persists only for few users and not for everyone.

Smartview Version is 23.100 and also Browser emulation is already set to 11001 for those users but still Reports folder is not visible.
