Creating a Headerless CSV File Using eText Template

Summary:

We are planning to develop a report in BI Publisher that generates a CSV file without column headers.
Our understanding is that in order to exclude the header, we need to use an eText template. In this case, is it possible to output the file in "CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)" ? (not CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv))

We have reviewed Doc ID 2662436.1 (How To Restrict Column Headings When We Generate .csv File Through RTF Or Excel Or E-text Templates), which indicates that it is only possible to suppress headers when the output is in .txt format.

However, if there is any other way to generate a CSV format file with out the header, we would greatly appreciate your guidance.
