Too many conflicts in the GIT after the VBS Update 25.07

After VBS update - 25.07.0 created a new workspace and branch. After opening the workspace, there are lots of conflicts in vb-extension.json. Is there any issue with VBS or what is the best practice to resolve these conflicts. attaching the screenshot for reference
