Is it possible to report on element config? (e.g. is it taxable, pensionable etc)

Summary:

I'm looking to create an analysis which shows me the configuration of each element in terms of which have been set as taxable, pensionable, which payrolls they are enabled on etc. Is that even possible, and if so, which subject area in OTBI is it in? Element Entries Real Time doesn't have any of the element details I need other than element name.
