My requirement is to perform inbound integration via OIC from a third-party app to Fusion. Here

, an employee applies for absence in the third-party app, and we migrate that absence to Oracle Fusion.

As part of this process, when I attempt to migrate an absence, I need to first fetch the balance from the BI report. Based on this balance, the leave will be applied. However, if the leave is a past leave—such as a leave on January 10, 2025, I need to migrate it accordingly. To do this, I need to fetch the balance of the absence plan as of the
