e-mail channels: separate e-mail address needed for Support and Collaboration
Summary:
We are configuring Next Gen HR Helpdesk (in Redwood), whilst configuring the inbound e-mail channels as per documentation:
The account name of the channel serves as the e-mail address that is being used in the inbound processing. We want to use 1 e-mail address for HR Help desk purposes, but now it looks like we will need to create 2 separate e-mail addresses:
1 for "support" and 1 for "collaboration" and both of them should be forwarded to the same inbound e-mail that can be found in the application.
Is this the way to go? or can we use 1 e-mail address that serves both support AND collaboration?
