Use samples for quality inspections with serial-controlled item

For serial-controlled items, we use inventory type inspections.

When creating the inspection, we select a serial number and capture the results for the characteristics.

However, we are not able to have multiple samples for the same serial so we can capture as many results than needed.

This sample creation within the inspection was enabled when doing inspection for a lot-controlled item.
