Need to Mass update end dates of Values in "Manage Value sets"

In "Manage Value Sets" we have a Value set that has a lot of Value that are already created i am able to end date them using the import CSV method but unable to update the end date

I am able to Enable or disable the "Value" but not End date I need to know how to update End Date

Error: ERROR: Exception during Import Process :oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition End Date of type Attribute is not found in ValueSetValueVO_ValueSetValueDFF_ValueSetValueVOToValueSetValueDFFVO_ValueSetValueDFFVO.

Sharing a screenshot where the highlighted part is working as expected but as soon as the End date comes in Play it fails and throws the above error.
