Data Exchange - Extract data from one environment to another environment directly

Good morning everyone,

I created my Data Rule in the Data Integration to extract data from one environment to another using the "EPM Local" and "EPM Cloud" functions (considering the connection to the external environment). I linked the Import Format, Location, and Mapping considerations. In this case, I'm using the Period and Year dimensions by default from the Data Integration, and when executing the data rule, I'm getting an error stating that I couldn't extract the data in the Target due to connection issues.

In the Workbench, the "Import" and "Validate" fields are displayed in blue. I understand that the data remains in the staging table but is not entering the information into my Target application?
