Goodwill offset for FCCS is not getting consolidated for a particular entity

In my FCCS application there are various sub-group levels. For some sub-group entities goodwill-offset account is not getting consolidated as a result the balance sheet is unbalanced at the parent currency → parent total for sub-group entity.

It will be really helpful if someone from the community has faced similar situation.
