Hi all,
I’m reviewing status setup in Oracle HR Help Desk.

Can we create nested statuses under existing ones (e.g., "Pending > Evaluation > or Pending > Prioritization") and have them properly show up and function within the SR lifecycle?
Or is it necessary to create all of them as top-level statuses under a broader group like "In Progress"?
