Fast Formula for Accrual Carryover is not Working

Hello,

We are experiencing some difficulties for our carryover fast formula. It is not allowing the limit of the carryover to be processed, and the system keeps forfeiting hours after the employee's anniversary date. For union it is 160 hours of carryover and 280 hours for nonunion staff. For union staff, there is also a 6 month expiration to use their carry over while nonunion staff anything over 280 is forfeited
