How to use Inventory (Mobile) for Receiving Items with UPC Barcodes

Summary:

We have a customer who does not print their own barcodes. They would like to use the UPC barcodes printed on the Items for Scanning.

Eg. Barcode 049000012781 for Coca Cola 12 Fl Oz Cans Pack of 24

We have setup the Item Cross References containing the item barcode as well as included the Cross References in the Manage Item Keyword Search attributes.

While scanning for the barcode while Receiving or performing any transaction via Inventory Mobile, we receive an error "Enter a Valid Item". How do we enable the Key Word Search on Mobile Inventory to allow for this functionality.

Customer does not want to print their own barcodes for scanning the items.
