Why is the AI Agent not considering the worker's employment country in the responses?

We are testing an AI Agent where we have uploaded source files per legislation. We noticed in the agent's responses that it seems unaware of the worker's legislation, it does not seem to know in which country the employee is employed. In the response, the agent comments "For employees in the United States …… For employees in the United Kingdom …." rather than targeting the response based on the user's country of employment.

Is this intended behavior or will this be enhanced in a future release?
