Is there a way to allow member selection in SmartView form?

Is it possible to enable "member selection" in a dimension in the page section of a form in SmartView like it is enabled in the web in the same form?

In a form we have a dimension (Program) in the page section with ILvl0Descendants of a parent level as the available selections. If a user accesses this form in the web, they can click on this dimension in the form and the option to open "Member Selector…" is available to pick and then they can go through the dimension hierarchy to find the member they want.
