Digital Signature Capture for movement request transfer in Oracle Inventory Cloud

Summary:

Our client has configured their Oracle Inventory Cloud environment with subinventories representing multiple physical locations within the same city and is utilizing movement request transfers for material movement between these locations.

A business requirement exists to implement digital signature capture for shipment confirmation. Specifically, upon shipment confirmation or goods receipt (following a movement request transfer), the system must capture the digital signature and name of the receiving party or authorized personnel. This information will serve as formal acknowledgment of delivery.

We are seeking to determine if a standard Oracle Inventory Cloud solution or a recommended workaround exists to fulfill this requirement. One potential workaround involves having the receiver complete the movement request transfer; however, this is not considered an ideal solution. Therefore, we are looking for a more suitable approach to meet this business need.
