PO PDF not email to suppliers where b2b flag is set to 'Y'

Summary: Enable B2B flag is set to 'Y' at supplier set level. Punchout PO's are sent to supplier via OBN, however the supplier also wants to receive PO PDF via email. There are also some PO's created for the same supplier site that are not from Punchout. Those PO's are being emailed to supplier as well. Is there a setting that we can enable to achieve sending PO's PDF through email when B2B is enabled .
