We have need for defining the incremental clusters for use in Replenishment planning.

Let me explain what i mean by incremental cluster:

Example:

Cluster Members within Cluster Sequence 1 = Sales Org 1, Sales Org 2, and Sales Org 3

Cluster Members within Cluster Sequence 2 = Sales Org 1, Sales Org 2, Sales Org 3 and DC Org

The idea behind defining incremental clusters as described above is that:

First, inventory rebalancing should happen within Cluster Sequence 1 which is between Sales Org 1, Sales Org 2, and Sales Org 3

Second, if still there is still shortage, then only 'DC Org' should come into picture and Sales Org 1, Sales Org 2, Sales Org 3 should get inventory from 'DC Org' through 'Cluster Sequence 2'
