Can i create a facility specific group permission?

Summary:

I have a userX, with role type: Employee, and assigned to GroupA with Print LPN label; Enabled. Have access to facilityA and FacilityB

What happens is that UserX can Print LPN for both Facility.

What we want to achieve is to have userX Print LPN only on facilityA and not be able to Print LPN on facilityB.

How can we achieve this?
