Material 28pcs was ship confirmed and sent to Location but the order is stuck on staging for shipment lines 'Pending inventory processing'

I have followed the all step In environment which oracle suggested steps like Correct the Errors by Edit the Record after Save and Close and after Click on Add one to Process Schedules and Run ESS Job' Manage Inventory Transactions' but still pending inventory processing.

Please advise how this can be resolved.
