RTF template: hide empty column in pivot

Good day,

I created a custom RTF template that displays a pivot table.

The field "BASE_ELEMENT_NAME" lists different elements but it's empty for some employees and, as a result, the first colum of the pivot has no name and all its values are 0 (actualy, empty in the data model). I'd need to hide it and I tried adding a conditional region but it hides all element names. Is there way to achieve it?
