Download spreadsheet into Excel format instead of zip folder and extract

Summary:

We are publishing RFP to suppliers with bulk requirement sections, when supplier responses, they tried to respond through Response by spreadsheet, when click on export, zip file downloaded with XML format, not in excel format, we are unable to import requirements response through spreadsheet.
