Termination V3 approval rules

We are looking to move from termination V2 to termination V3, since it is required by Oracle. The documentation indicates that you need to configure the Terminate Employment approval rules. Terminate Employment is not available. The options are TerminationsApproval or AssignmentTerminationsApproval.

Can someone please confirm which needs to be configured for V3?
