Calculate quantity using user-entered percentage from another measure.

We aim to calculate the forecast quantity based on another measure's value when a user enters a percentage. For example, if the forecast for a finished good (FG) is 4700 units and the user enters 20% in a measure, we want to derive a measure that calculates the value based on this percentage. In this case, the resulting value should be 940 units.
