We have configured the personal time accrual for type. We have created the accrual for

[FullTimeEquivalent.FTE] = 0.9 AND [LengthOfService.LengthofService] > 0 AND [LengthOfService.LengthofService] <2

We have to provide the accrual incase the employee is hired on or before 15th of the month. It is working for before 15th but failing for on 15th. Can anyone provide guidance on how can we achieve this without custom formula
