Generate timecard option does not show for admin page

Summary:

Hi,

Recently, i am not able to see the option to generate empty timecards or generate timecards with scheduled hours. This used to be showing up earlier and i also noticed Team time cards menu is changed to redwood now, is this the cause of the fields not showing ?
