Essential field extraction from fusion using API for PO communication with validation

We have a requirement to communicate PO/BPO, and we need to derive below mentioned fields from the PO/BPO number for communicating PO/BPO using standard ESS Job 'Communicate Purchasing documents'.
Currently we are using Fusion tables to get PO details with certain validations, request your help to share if we can achieve the same through API call.

These are the fields that we need:
PO Header ID
DOCUMENT_STATUS
APPROVED_FLAG
SOLDTO_LE_ID
REQ_BU_NAME
TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE
VENDOR_SITE_ID
Communication Method (from supplier site)
Supplier email (from supplier site)
Procurement Agent Active status
Person ID based on username
