Personalization to make SSO only available for a specific user list

Hi all.

As part of security item, Normal User who use Homepage for access application by (id,password) will be applied expired password on some days. However our normal users are using SSO for accessing Oracle Fusion Cloud application now.  as you know the homepage of Oracle Fusion Cloud application it allows both SSO or User login options, I raise this to seek your support to verify if we can show only SSO option for normal user?
