Unable to Default Salary basis field on change assignment based on Country

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

During Assignment Change , we need to default salary basis on Salary section based on country as parameter. We are using Business rules in VBS to default a value in Proposed salary basis.

As we define a rule to default, Salary section does not load
