OTBI report for Offboarding Journey also pulling rehires along with terms

We are trying to create a simple response and count report for Offboarding journey (for voluntary terms only) . We have added Workforce management - Checklist Real Time and Workforce management - Worker Assignment Event Real time, but it is pulling multiple record for employee who is rehired.Is there any way to join this or Work Relationship subject area to get the current term date only?
