How to identify ignored records in HCM extract results under Process results summary page

Summary:

Ran the payroll extract after payroll runs successfully and some of the employees are missing in output.

I have checked the results under Process results summary page and observed that few records are ignored.

can you please let us know how to identify these ignored records and why these are ignored.
