Add instructional Text to the section of a given page

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

At present, instructional content can only be displayed at the top of a page by leveraging a Guided Journey. While this provides high-level guidance, it may not be ideal for users who need help within specific sections of the page. A more effective approach would be to allow instructional text or contextual guidance to be placed directly within the relevant section or field area. This would offer users targeted assistance exactly where it’s needed, making the interface more intuitive and improving the overall user experience.
