Is it possible to define new lease status additional to the seeded lease status

Hi Team,

Can we add user defined lease status like (Active ,Inactive, On-Hold) in additional to the seeded one which are available like draft, terminated, finalized.
If yes, can we define the accounting setup like if its inactive no accounting transaction should be processed (Payments and accrual)
