Reading offering, functional area and setup task using query

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM

Summary:

For an integration, looking for a way to map Offerings/Functional Areas and available Setup tasks. Using OTBI, is it possible to write a report/query to get these details. Using REST API like /setuptask only returns task code/name and export/import flags. Currently not seeing any endpoints returning these information. There is also no separate endpoint to list all Offerings as well. Looking for some help using the oracle fusion tables or any other way to extract the data using reports.
