AI Agent in Dev environment just spins when previewed

Have watched the really good video below and followed all the steps to set up our first AI Agent in our Dev environment

However when we preview and ask a simple question the AI Agent just spins and doesn't respond.

I have included two PDF policy documents and these have been indexed as per the video.

Everything else is fine, I have placed it on the New Absence page using VBS, its just the response I am missing.

Has anyone else had this issue?
